Nieke Nouws

My name is Nieke Nouws and I’m a 24-year-old artist from Roosendaal. I studied Fine Art at the AKI art academy in Enschede. I mostly photograph with analogue and pinhole cameras, but I’m also interested in making sculptures. The things that inspire me the most are small details, things that most people don’t notice. I tend to step away from the bigger picture and into the intimate details of life. Discovering something that I’ve never seen before is something that really excites me, and I want my audience to get the same feeling of excitement from my work.
